Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing — no refund is needed because no payment is taken.

If you are charged after the trial and decide watchcast isn’t for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full.
How to request a refund

- Tell us you’d like a refund of your first charge. No interrogation.
- We process eligible refunds to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
After the guarantee window
Outside the 7-day window, charges for the current period are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the period ends. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
