These terms govern your use of watchcast.media, operated by Thalos Documentary Ltd. By subscribing or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
watchcast publishes one ranked selection of micro-documentaries each day, refreshed at 00:00 in your local timezone, plus access for members to a back-catalogue archive. The service is web streaming only. We do not currently offer native mobile, smart-TV, or offline-download applications.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. A membership is intended for one person; you are responsible for keeping your login secure.
3. Free trial
New members may start a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged at all.
4. Subscription & automatic renewal
After the trial, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you selected — monthly or annually — until you cancel. The exact amount and billing cycle are displayed before you subscribe. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. See also our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or sublicense your access.
- Do not download, copy, or redistribute films except as the service expressly permits.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Content & intellectual property
Films remain the property of their respective creators and rights-holders. The watchcast name, ranking, and editorial write-ups are ours. See the Content Policy and DMCA Policy.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
