What a notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. Identification of the material on watchcast you say is infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact details — name, address, email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights-holder or authorised to act for them.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with the equivalent identifying and good-faith statements.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content and terminate access for those who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
