1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address and login credentials.
- Billing data: subscription plan and status. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our servers.
- Usage data: basic technical logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) needed to run and secure the service.
- Optional analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies.
2. Why we use it & legal basis
- To provide the service and your membership — performance of a contract.
- To process payments and prevent fraud — legal obligation and legitimate interests.

3. Processors
We use a small number of service providers (such as hosting and, once connected, a payment processor) acting on our instructions. We list active processors here once they are in use. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your membership is active and as required for tax and legal records afterwards. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
